29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by a guardrail system, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, or an alternative fall protection measure that meets a provision described in paragraph (b) of 29 CFR 1926.501. a) 1440 South 5th Street - An employee receiving supplies to the second floor was exposed to a fall hazard of approximately twenty-one (21) feet without the use of conventional or alternative fall protection. Observed on or about August 09, 2013.
