29 CFR 1910.134(c): The employer did not develop and implement a written respiratory protection program with required worksite-specific procedures and elements for required respirator use:     On or about August 22, 2013, the employer did not develop, implement, or maintain a respiratory protection program for the employees using respirators while welding and cleaning debris at the site, exposing the employees inhalation hazard.     Specific program elements such as, but not limited to the following, are required to be developed and implemented:   1910.134(c) (1) (ii):  Medical evaluations of employees required to use respirators;   1910.134(c) (1) (iii):  Fit testing procedures for tight-fitting respirators;   1910.134(c) (1) (v):  Procedures and schedules for cleaning, disinfecting, storing, inspecting, repairing, discarding, and otherwise maintaining respirators.
