29 CFR 1910.23(c)(1): Open-sided floor(s) or platform(s) 4 feet (1.22 m) or more above the adjacent floor or ground level were not guarded by standard railings (or the equivalent as specified in 29 CFR 1910.23(e)(3)(i) through (v)), on all open sides:    Job site located at 3215 S 66th Ave Circle, Omaha, NE 68106-The upper storage area where the vents area stored had an open-sided floor 4 feet or more above a lower level and was not guarded with a standard railing on all open sides except where there is an entrance, stairway, or fixed ladder. The open sided floor was well over 4 feet above the floor area as the picture with the 8 ddor in the photo will show.  The storage area is above the top of the door.

29 CFR 1910.176(b): 29 CFR 1910.176(b): The storage of material shall created a hazard. Items such as bags, containers, bundles, etc., were not stored in tiers and stacked, blocked, interlocked and limited in height so that they were stable and secure against sliding or collapse.    Job site located at 3215 S 66th Ave Circle, Omaha, NE 68106-The employer had a storage rack that was designed to be secured to the floor level and was not secured properly causing a hazard that could cause the storage rack to be unstable, slide or collapse.

29 CFR 1910.22(d)(1): On every building or other structure, or part thereof, used for mercantile, business, industrial or storage purposes, the loads approved by the building official were not marked on plates of approved design and securely affixed in a conspicuous place in each space to which they relate.  Job site located at 3215 S 66th Ave Circle, Omaha, NE 68106-Upper storage area at the facility did not have the load limit for the area posted on plates of approved design and securely attached to the space they relate too.  There were several upper storage areas that did not have the load limited posted at the location.
