(a) Location: 137 Broad Street, Lynn MA, 01901     On or about 8/28/2013, the employer did not adequately protect employees from electrical shock from a partially opened junction box that was not being used in the correct application. An out-of-wall stand alone application requires a solid junction box that's fully closed.     The (Enterprise Construction) was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (29 CFR 1926.403(i)2)(i)), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 884923, citation number 01, item number 03a and was affirmed as a final order on (4/3/2013), with respect to a workplace located at 131-143 Broad Street, Lynn MA 01901.
