Safety of equipment shall be determined using electrical insulation;  a. On or about August 28, 2013, employees were exposed to shock and electrocution hazard(s) when live electrical cables that were severely worn and had significant cuts and abrasions. These cuts and abrasions were concealed with black electrical tape on seven (7) battery charging stations.    1. Battery charge station at Docking Station Number 3B.  2. Ground Floor Warehouse- On or about August 28, 2013, employees were required to use two (2) junction box's and one fitting box with exposed live wires that were not adequately and/or effectively covered.
