29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii): Flexible cords were not connected to devices and fittings so that tension would not be transmitted to joints or terminal screws: a) Decorative Plating and Finishing Shop, Southeast Corner, Plating Barrel Machine -- On or about August 29, 2013, an employee working around the plating barrel equipment that was powered by a flexible cord that lacked proper strain relief to the terminal screws, exposing employees to potential contact with energized wires during equipment use.
