The in-plant handling, storage, and utilization of all compressed gases in cylinders, portable tanks, rail tankcars, or motor vehicle cargo tanks shall be in accordance with Compressed Gas Association Pamphlet P-1-1965, Section 3.4.4, Compressed Gas Association, Inc. Pamphlet P-1-1965,as incorporated by reference as specified in Sec. 1910.6. - Compressed gas cylinder(s) in use were not properly supported to prevent them from being knocked over: (a) Storage room - On or about August 28, 2013 employees were exposed to unrestrained compressed nitrogen and nitrogen-hydrogen mix cylinders. (b) Lab - On or about August 28, 2013 employees were exposed to unrestrained compressed gas cylinders

This paragraph requires that, before an employee may be required to use any respirator with a negative or positive pressure tight-fitting facepiece, the employee must be fit tested with the same make, model, style, and size of respirator that will be used: (a) Site wide - On or about August 28, 2013 employees were using half-face tight-fitting respirator without being fit tested.
