29 CFR 1910.36(g)(2): An exit access was not at least 28 inches (71.1 cm) wide at all points:         a)  Fourth Floor, Building A, 1018 Western Avenue, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania 15233:  Observed on or about August 21, 2013, access to an emergency exit  was partially blocked by the storage of materials to the right of the exit door.  The exit access was restricted to a passage that was approximately 20 inches wide.  Employees working on the Fourth Floor were exposed to fire and smoke inhalation hazards in the event of a fire.     b)  Fifth Floor, Building A, 1018 Western Avenue, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania 15233:    Observed on or about August 21, 2013, access to an emergency exit was partially blocked by the storage of materials to the right of the exit door.  The exit access was restricted to a passage that was approximately 25 inches wide.  Employees working on the Fifth Floor were exposed to a fire and smoke inhalation hazards in the event of a fire.
