29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   a)  At Area above Garage at 2466 Danbury Dr Auburn, Alabama:  On or about August 27, 2013 and at times prior; the employer failed to provide fall protection for his employees involved in roofing activities on a high slope roof exposing them to fall hazards of 20.6 feet to the ground below.  b)  At Front of House at 2466 Danbury Dr Auburn, Alabama:  On or about August 27, 2013 and at times prior; the employer failed to provide fall protection for his employees involved in roofing activities on a high slope roof exposing them to fall hazards of 20.9 feet to the ground below.  c)  At Right Side of House at 2466 Danbury Dr Auburn, Alabama:  On or about August 27, 2013 and at times prior; the employer failed to provide fall protection for his employees involved in roofing activities on a high slope roof exposing them to fall hazards of 24.9 feet to the ground below.
