29 CFR 1926.502(d)(15): Anchorage points used for attachment of personal fall arrest equipment were not  independent of any anchorage point being used to support or suspend platforms and capable of supporting at least 5,000 pounds (22.2 kN) per employee.  On or about 9/3/13, at the Winder job site, employees using fall protection equipment were not properly anchored off using anchorage points that would support 5,000 lbs per employee. On one house 2 employees used the same Guardian anchorage device and on another house employees wrapped the anchorage rope around a roof joist and back into itself as a means of anchor point.   In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
