Worksite located at 6001 NW 63rd Street, Kansas City, Missouri- Employees were exposed to respirable dusts and no assessment had been performed by the employer to determine if repiratory protection was necessary to protect the employees.

Worksite located at 6001 NW 63rd Street, Kansas City, Missouri- Employees were exposed to eye and face hazards while using a radial saw to cut expansion joints in the cubs in which employees were not wearing any means of eye or face protection.
