29 CFR 1910.23(c)(1): Open-sided floors and/or platforms four feet or more above adjacent floor or ground level were not guarded with standard railings (or equivalent) and toeboards:  a) Woodstock, Bin #12: On or about September 4, 2013, an employee greasing a load conveyor's bearing was exposed to fall hazards from about 70 feet where a south side of the load conveyor's catwalk was not adequately guarded with standard railings or equivalent.  b) Woodstock, Bin #11: On or about September 4, 2013 employees walking towards load conveyor catwalk's access ladder were exposed to fall hazards from about 60 feet where the open-sided rooftop was not adequately guarded with standard railings or equivalent.  Abatement certification is required of this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(c).
