29 CFR 1926.405(g)(2)(iv): Flexible cords were not connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief is provided to prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws: a) Old Main Hall-Potsdam, NY - On or about 5 September, 2013 - Employer exposed an employee from a different company through the use a reciprocating saw that he provided for use, that was supplied power through an extension cord that he provided for use, that did not have strain relief provided to prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws.
