29 CFR 1903.19(d)(1): The employer must submit to the Agency, along with the information on abatement certification required by paragraph (c)(3) of this section, documents demonstrating that abatement is complete for each willful or repeat violation and for any serious violation for which the Agency indicates in the citation that such abatement documentation is required:   (a)  On or about September 5, 2013, during construction activities including, but not limited to framing activities, the employer did not provide a fall training program to all employees who might be exposed to fall hazards to enable all employees to recognize the hazards of falling and procedures to minimize these hazards.  Employees were exposed to fall hazards approximately 10-20 feet while working on the job site.   (b)  On or about September 5, 2013, during construction activities including but not limited to framing activities, the employer did not ensure a qualified rigger was available and all materials were properly rigged.
