29 CFR 1926.416(a)(1): Employees were permitted to work in proximity to electric power circuits and were not protected against electric shock by de-energizing and grounding the circuits or effectively guarding the circuits by insulation or other means:    At a jobsite in Rockford, Illinois, employees were exposed to electrical hazards during the placement of a metal extension ladder to the side of a residential roof.    Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with the requirerments of 29 CFR 1903.19(d)

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):     At a jobsite in Rockford, Illinois employees working from a 10 in 12 roof approximately 17 feet above grade were not using any method of fall protection.    Abatement documentatioin is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
