Crossbraces were used as a means of access. On or about 09/06/2013 at 3565 Braselton Highway Dacula, GA: employees performing EFIS work were observed working from a scaffold where the ladder provided for access and egress did not extend to the working level and an employee scaled the frame to access and egress the working level from the first level exposing him to a fall hazard of approximately 6' to the lower level.
