29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by the use of a guardrail system, safety net system, personal fall arrest system, warning line system, or a safety monitoring system.   a) Jobsite, Laurel Nursery Garden Center, 3648 State Route 30, Latrobe, PA: On or before 09/09/13, two employees were applying paint to a low-slope metal roof and exposed to an 8 foot 9 inch fall hazard.
