29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(ii): Unused openings in boxes, cabinets, or fittings were not effectively closed: Employees are exposed to fire hazards and the electrical boxes in the following areas have unused openings: a) Portable Trailer Inside, a metal 240 volt breaker box mounted to the wall had unused openings on the top and right side of the box. b) Portable Trailer Outside, a metal Square D 240 volt safety switch box mounted to the outside of the trailer had an unused opening on the left side of the box.
