29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:      On or about 8/28/13, during roofing activities, the employer did not ensure that each employee on a steep roof was protected from falling off the warehouse roof unprotected sides. The warehouse roof had a height of 10 and a slope of 7/12. Fall protection was not in use.
