29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by an employee working from an aerial lift: (a) Front, east end, of facility. An employee, working from an elevated aerial lift platform, approximately 14-feet above a concrete sidewalk and a paved parking area, was not wearing a positioning belt or personal fall arrest system, which should have been attached to the boom or the platform of the lift by a lanyard.
