29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):  Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system nor were other provision in paragraph (b) of this section provides for an alternative fall protection measure:     a) Jobsite, 608 Manor Street, Marion Center, PA 15759:  Observed on or about September 05, 2013, an employee engaged in roofing activities on a 6 in 12 (vertical to horizontal) pitch roof was not protected from falling by a guardrail system, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system.  The employee was exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 18 feet to the ground below.
