29 CFR 1910.215(b)(9): The distance between the abrasive wheel periphery(s) and the adjustable tongue or the end of the safety guard peripheral member at the top exceeded one fourth inch:    a)      On and or about 09-11-13, employees who use a drill press on metal parts and then remove the burrs and or fix hand tools were using a Dayton bench grinder with the adjustable tongue guard positioned greater than one (1) inch from the wheel surface.      ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
