29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and a lanyard attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: (a) On September 13, 2013, at a jobsite located at 2700 NW Park Dr (Pink Hill Park) Blue Springs, MO., employees engaged in street light repair activities were exposed to serious fall hazards, in that required fall protection equipment was not worn by employees working from an elevated Bucket Truck / Man lift. Abatement certification for this violation is not required.
