29 CFR 1910.107(c)(6): Electrical wiring and equipment not subject to deposits of combustible residues but located in a spraying area as herein defined were not explosion-proof type approved for     Class I, group D locations and did not otherwise conform to the provisions of subpart S of this part, for Class I, Division 1, Hazardous Locations:     Shop: On or about September 11, 2013, the employer allowed electrical equipment not rated for Class I Group D locations to be used inside the spray booth and paint storage and mixing areas exposing employees to the hazard of explosion.      a) A 220 electrical outlet not rated for Class I Group D locations was used in the spray booth. The outlet was not explosion proof.      b) A heat lamp not rated for Class I Group D locations was used in the spray booth. The lamp was missing the ground pin.      c) Electrical equipment used in the paint storage and mixing area was not rated for Class I Group D locations. Electrical equipment was not rated as explosion proof.
