29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level:  Jobsite: South platform.  An employee was exposed to an approximately 24 feet fall onto the sidewalk below while working from a mast climbing work platform and standing on top of stored mast sections, placing him above the guardrails where no other form of fall protection was utilized.
