29 CFR 1910.213(c)(1): Circular handfed ripsaw(s) were not guarded by an automatically adjusting hood which completely enclosed that portion of the saw above the table and above the material being cut: On or about September 17, 2013, in the shop area, the table saw did not have an automatic adjusting hood for the blade. Employee exposed to an amputation hazard from being cut by the saw blade when ripping boards.

29 CFR 1910.213(h)(1): The sides of the lower exposed portion of the blade of radial saw(s) were not guarded to the full diameter of the blade by a device that automatically adjusted itself to the thickness of the stock and remained in contact with the with stock being cut to give maximum protection possible for the operation being performed. On or about September 17, 2013, in the shop area, the Delta radial arm saw did not have an adjustable bottom guard. Employee exposed to an amputation hazard from the unguarded saw blade. The radial arm saw was a Delta Milwaukee, serial number MX23582.
