29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee exposed to fall hazards to enable them to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to follow in order to minimize them.    a) 9994 Innisfree Dr., Johns Creek: Top of the front porch roof - The employer did not provide training to employees painting and touching up the second floor windows while working on top of a front porch roof at approximately 14 feet high, exposing employees to fall hazards due to the lack of training in the recognition and avoidance of fall hazards.
