29 CFR 1910.37(b)(1): 29 CFR 1910.37(b)(1): Each exit route was not adequately lighted so that employees with normal vision could see along the exit route:    a) mechanics pit - employees were exposed to slip or trip hazard, in that, the lighting in the pits was not working, on or about 9/17/13.

29 CFR 1910.132(a): Protective equipment, including personal protective equipment for eyes, face, head, and extremities, protective clothing, respiratory devices, and protective shields and barriers was not provided, used, and/or maintained:  a) mechanics' pits - employees were exposed to hitting their heads on the undercarriage of the buses. The distance between the floor and undercarriage was 5 feet 6 inches, on or about 9/18/13.  b) mechanics' pits - employees were exposed to hitting their heads on the steel bar that was used to jack up buses. The distance between the floor and the steel bar was approximately 4 1/2 feet, on or about 9/18/13.
