29 CFR 1926.451(a)(6): Scaffolds were not designed by a qualified person:   On or about September 12, 2013, employees engaged in framing activities, worked from a job made scaffold that was not designed by a qualified person.  Therefore, the scaffold construction and design lacked the required load capacity rating, safety factors, and stability assurance.  Employees were exposed to the hazard of falls.     The JCO Framing, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.451(a)(6), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 314932310, citation  number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on June 24, 2011, with respect to a workplace located at 8421 N 76th E. Ave., Owasso, OK 74055.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   On or about September 12, 2013, employee(s) engaged in framing/decking activities were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest system or alternative fall protection measures.  Employee(s) worked at heights ranging from approximately  eight (8) feet to sixteen (16) feet above foundation level.  Employee(s) were exposed to the hazard of falls.    The JCO Framing, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 314932310, citation number 1, item number 2a and was affirmed as a final order on June 24, 2011, with respect to a workplace located at 8421 N 76th E. Ave., Owasso, OK 74055.

Employees were exposed to the hazard of falls.
