29 CFR 1926.451(e)(1): Cross braces were used as a means of access and egress: 1) 2034 Metropolitan Parkway, Atlanta, GA - Employees were working from a scaffold system that did not have a safe access point (i.e. ladder) installed for employee access and egress. The employees were using the cross-bracing and end-rails to gain access to the upper platform of the scaffold system. Employees were exposed to a fall hazards ranging from 6 to 11 feet high above ground level.

Employees were exposed to a fall hazard.
