29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by a guardrail system, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, or an alternative fall protection measure that meets a provision described in paragraph (b) of 29 CFR 1926.501.   a) Front of residence located at 2760 Cogburn Lane, Milton, Georgia. An employee installing cornice while working from an unprotected low-sloped roof was exposed to fall hazards of approximately 13-feet 3-inches.

29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(4): Ladders were not used for the purpose for which they were designed.   a) Front of residence located at 2760 Cogburn Lane, Milton, Georgia. An employee was working from a self-supporting ladder that was being used in a way that it was not designed for. The self-supporting ladder, which had not been opened and locked into place, was leaning against a wall.
