29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:                     THIS CITATION IS BEING ISSUED TO THE CONTROLLING EMPLOYER UNDER OSHA'S                   MULTI-EMPLOYER WORKSITE POLICY.    a) Roof of Northview High School band suite located at 10625 Parsons Road, Duluth, Georgia: Three subcontracted employees were not protected from falling approximately 15-feet 3-inches to ground level from an unprotected low slope roof. The employees were not wearing personal fall arrest systems nor had guard rails or safety nets been installed to provide protection from falling. Additionally, there was no warning line system in place on the 48-foot 2-inch wide, low-slope, roof.
