29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest.  At the location of 7824 E. 332nd St. in Wichita Ks, employees engaged in roofing activity were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 30 feet from the eave to the ground below. The employees were exposed in that a fall protection system was not in place to keep them from falling.
