29 CFR 1926.1101(g)(8)(iii): When removing cementitious asbestos-containing siding and shingles or transite panels containing ACM on building exteriors (other than roofs, where paragraph (g)(8)(ii) of this section applies) the employer shall ensure that the following work practices are followed: On October 11, 2013 at this work site employer did not ensure safe work practices were followed by employees removing asbestos-containing siding such as but not limited to: 1. Wet method with the use of amended water for ACM. 2. Vacuum cleaners equipped with HEPA filter to collect all debris and dust containing ACM and PACM. 3. PPE Protection 4. Disposal of wastes and debris contaminated with asbestos in leak-tight containers containers.
