29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there is a possible danger of head injury from impact, or from falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, shall be protected by protective helmets:   (a). Worksite located at 210 N. Belt Highway, St. Joseph, Missouri- Employee was observed climbing in and working in a small electrical cabinet in which he could strike his head or possibly contact a live electrical wire and was not protected by the use of any means of head protection.

29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(iv): Employees shall always stand firmly on the floor of the basket, and shall not sit or climb on the edge of the basket or use planks, ladders, or other devices for a work position:    (a). Worksite located at 210 N. Belt Highway, St. Joseph, Missouri- An employee was observed climbing on the guardrails of the aerial lift in order to access the electrical sign cabinet. The employee was exposed to fall hazard.
