29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1): The employer did not develop and implement a written respiratory protection program with worksite-specific procedures in any workplace where respirators are necessary to protect the health of the employee or whenever respirators are required by the employer:  On or about October 17, 2013, at the above addressed jobsite the employer did not establish a respirator program with the required provisions on procedures for selecting respirators, medical evaluations for users, fit testing, training on respiratory hazards, and evaluating the effectiveness of the program for employees required to wear a respirator while performing automobile detailing tasks.
