29 CFR 1910.23(c)(1): Every open-sided floor or platform 4 feet or more above adjacent floor or ground level was not guarded: a) 16305 Grandview Street (Donovan's MHP), Lewes, DE - Employees are required to stand on the unguarded roof of 6+ foot tall sheds to cut tree branches. This exposed the employee to fall hazards. The violation was observed on or about October 21, 2013.
