29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A safety harness with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: a- 320 Route 73 North, Voorhees NJ: A company employee was exposed to fall hazards when working from an elevated manlift basket, of an articulating boom lift, while wearing a full body harness without a lanyard attached it from the proper tie off point within the manlift basket. Condition observed on or about 10/18/13.
