As such, Bibiano Construction employees were working at the roof's framed edge of a two story apartment building, conducting sheathing activities, without any form of fall protection, exposed to a fall hazard of 17 feet from the roof's eave to the ground.  Observed on or about 10/17/2013.     NOTE: THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
