29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.   On or about October 21, 2013 and times prior thereto, an employee at the construction site located at 1530L.A. "Prrexy" Davis Drive in Pine Bluff, Arkansas was exposed to fall hazards from heights greater than six feet.  On the second floor of the building under construction an employee was finishing concrete along an unprotected edge without the use of a fall arrest system.
