29 CFR 1910.137(b)(2)(viii): Electrical protective equipment was not subjected to periodic electrical tests in accordance with Tables I-5 and I-6:  a) On or about 10/24/13, in the spring and electric rooms, electrical rubber insulating gloves available for electricians were not tested every six(6) months as required by Table I-6 Rubber Insulating Equipment Test Intervals. Some of these rubber insulating electrical gloves available for employees were: Gloves size 10, Salisbury ANSI/ASTM D120, Class O, Type I, max use volt 1000 V AC tested on August 27, 2012 by Elwood Safety Electrical Testing, Serial # 60208, and Gloves size 10, Class 2, Type I, tested on November 4, 2011 by Elwood Safety Electrical Testing, Serial #60205. Other electrical rubber insulating gloves found were tested on October 18, 2007.   ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
