The Premier Construction Services, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.453(b)(2)(v) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 312523848 citation number 01, item number 001, issued on 01/13/2009, with a final order date of Feburary 09, 2009, with respect to a workplace located at 5451 Bowman Road, Macon, GA.    29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and/or a lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift:    a.  On or about October 21, 2013, an employee was working from an aeirial lift without the use of personal fall protection, exposing himself to a 20 feet fall hazard.
