29 CFR 1910.303(f)(2): Services, feeders, and branch circuits. Each service, feeder, and branch circuit, at its disconnecting means or overcurrent device, shall be legibly marked to indicate its purpose, unless located and arranged so the purpose is evident.  WORKSHOP:  The disconnecting means/circuit breakers within the following electrical panels were not all marked:     1. Right electrical panel,  220V; positioned at 27, 29, 25, 31, 33, and 35.     2. Middle electrical panel, 220V; positioned at 27, 29, 31, 14, 16, 20, 22, 24, 26, 28, 37, 38, 39, and 40.     3. Left electrical panel, 220V; positioned at 18, 19, and 20.     4. Electrical panel marked E, 220V; positioned at 2, 4,6, 7, 9, 11, 25, 27, 29, 31, 33, 35, 37, 18, 32, 34, 36, 38, 40, 42, 27, 29, 31, 33, 35, 37, 39, and 41.

WORKSHOP:  The horn of the Toyota powered industrial truck (PIT) was not operable.
