29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system:   a) On or about October 25, 2013, the employer did not ensure that each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels were protected by guardrail systems,safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. Employees were exposed to fall hazards in excess of 6 feet while engaged in roofing activities on the roof of a residential building with no fall protection in place.      Abatement Note: Abatement certification is required for this item (see enclosed "Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet").
