29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system:     a) On or about October 25, 2013, Robbins Roofing Specialists, Inc. did not ensure that employees engaged in residential construction activities 6 ft or more above lower levels were protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest system. An employee was observed installing roofing components on a residential roof, not being tied off to the fall protection anchor point, exposed to falls in excess of 11 feet.         Abatement Note: Abatement certification and documentation is required for this item (see enclosed "Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet").         Robbins Roofing Specialists, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard,which was contained in OSHA inspection number 108176, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on November 28, 2011, with respect to a workplace located at 5068 Galloping Goose Way, Colorado Springs, CO 80920.      Robbins Roofing Specialists, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 313715674, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on February 8, 2010, with respect to a workplace located at 2307 Majestic Plains Ct, Colorado Springs, CO 80915.       Robbins Roofing Specialists, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 312136781, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on December 12, 2008, with respect to a workplace located at 4729 Trinidad Lake, Colorado Springs, CO 80920.
