29 CFR 1910.136(a): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee uses protective footwear when working in areas where there is a danger of foot injuries due to falling or rolling objects:  The employer did not ensure that employees performing plumbing and air conditioning duties and handling tools and equipment weighing over 40-50 pounds wore protective foot wear. Employees were exposed to the hazard of their feet being struck by heavy objects.
