29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met:  On or about October 28, 2013, an employee was exposed to hazardous chemicals, while operating an ABDICK 9810 Offset printing press.  The Gans inks, Item # PPC4545 and Hurst Back Cylinder Cleaner #182 are two, among several hazardous chemical used in the printing process.

29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(1): The employer did not have a material safety data sheet for each hazardous chemical which they used:  On or about October 28, 2013, an employee was expose to hazardous chemicals, while operating an ABDICK 9810 Offset printing press.  The Gans inks, Item # PPC4545 and Hurst Back Cylinder Cleaner #182 are two, among several hazardous chemical used in the printing process.  The employer was unable to provide Material Safety Data Sheets for any of the hazardous chemical used at the site.

29 CFR 1910.1200(h): Employees were not provided effective information and training as specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1) and -2 on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard was introduced into their work area:  On or about October 28, 2013, an employee was expose to hazardous chemicals, while operating an ABDICK 9810 Offset printing press.  The Gans inks, Item # PPC4545 and Hurst Back Cylinder Cleaner #182 are two, among several hazardous chemical used in the printing process.  The employer failed to train employees on the hazards associated with the use of these chemicals.
