29 CFR 1910.305(j)(1)(i): Fixtures, lampholders, lamps, rosettes, and receptacles located had live parts normally exposed to employee contact:    a) On or about October 30, 2013, and at times prior, the employees were exposed to electrical shock from an engergized electrical switch. The electrical switch was not provided with a face plate cover along the north wall of the manager office.
