29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3): Exit routes were not continuously maintained free of obstructions or impediments to full instant use in the case of fire or other emergency: a - Triangle Home Fashions, Dayton, NJ: 1. West(left) side of warehouse, Outside Aisle, fire exit door was partially blocked by pallet extending into aisle and blocked by a metal board placed the across bottom of the door, preventing safe passage. 2. South (back) of warehouse, outside aisle, fire exit door was completely blocked by merchandise. Condition noted on or about 10/30/2013.
