29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):     a. On or about October 29, 2013, on a 2:12 pitch roof, employees installing Tyvek wrap to the exterior of the home were not protected from falling by the use of a guardrail system, safety net system or personal fall arrest system, exposing themselves to a 10 feet fall hazard.    b. On or about October 29, 2013, employees were leaning outside windows to install Tyvek wrap on the exterior of the building, exposing themselves to fall hazards.    The Weather Barriers Unlimited, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 313877276, citation number 01, item number 001 and was affirmed as a final order on August 23, 2010, with respect to a workplace located at 1915 Dumfries Court, Jacksonville, FL.
